This experience can be positive or negative and may be related to our work or something else. Once something has been experienced we will start to reflect on what happened. Weboccurs (Ryan, 1994). Reflection has been defined as: “the retrospective contemplation of practice undertaken in order to uncover the knowledge used in a particular situation, by analyzing and interpreting the information recalled” (Fitzgerald, 1994, p.67), or “thinking back about something of interest” (Pierson, 1998, p. 165).
