WebI had to shut down Chrome to get it to work, otherwise it just opens windows where the other windows are. It turns out my main monitor is at "0,0". If I wanted to open Chrome on the second monitor to my left, the positioning would be "-1280,0" (negative, not positive). I can assume putting a monitor on the right would be "1280,0" (positive).
